All plants normally shipped bare root, will be shipped mounted or in baskets if grown in baskets or mounted, in pot shipping available at higher charge. Good shipping boxes are recycled. Therefore, printing on boxes, size and number of boxes may vary per order.
Shipping
We recommend US Post Service Priority Mail, as it travels on the weekends. FedEx and UPS upon request, at current rates. A work address is best in areas, where it is below 45F, during winter days.
Delivery Schedule Unless delayed due to weather, your order will be processed and shipped ASAP. An email, with tracking number, will be sent the day your order is shipped. Please insure your spam filters will allow emails from clanorchids.com and verizon.net.
During Christmas Rush, (Dec. 20 to Jan. 5), plant shipments only by USPS Express or FedEx. USPS Priority Shipments, during this period, will be held, until after Jan 7.
