Set of two >> 6" and 8" wood slats baskets. Includes 2 - 20 inch 4 wire basket hanger. HANGERS MUST BE BENT TO ACCOMMODATE PACKAGING. Open slat baskets are excellent containers for most orchids, ferns, and many other plants. Vanda alliance orchids are typically grown in baskets. In high humidity environments, the Vanda roots are allowed to weave through the basket, and out the sides to hang pendant down, without any media in the basket. In low humidity environments, coconut chips mix can be placed in the baskets to provide some moisture retention. For orchids and other plants, a coconut liner will hold potting media. Dimensions 8" baskets: 8" across, 5.25" tall , Inside: 6 7/8" across. 6" baskets: 6" across, 4.50" tall.
