One of the jewels of the orchid world. A plant with rigid pseudobulbs up to a
foot or more in height, that are swollen in the middle up to an inch thick. The
large waxy flowers are golden yellow with a slight pink throat and have a lovely
honey scent. Keep bright in winter, watering sparingly, to produce lush spring flowers. Photo is of a very mature plant.
