Mature Plants Blooming in Months, Not Years. Seedling Size Plants several year to blooming size. Rare in Cultivation. Central American and Caribbeanan Island Species. Large sized, warm growing, terrestrial or lithophyte inhabits elevations from sea level to 2200 feet, has 2 to 3 strap-shaped leaves , multiple flowers on a 3 to 4 foot bloom spike. Flowers are sweetly fragrant and long lasting, spring and summer bloomer. Prefers pots or baskets with a well-drained mixture, such as (coconut chips, or bark). Plant can also be mounted. Enjoys Bright Shade and intermediate temperatures Water Well, Allow to Nearly Dry Regular, Non Urea fertilizer promotes good growth Rapidly grows into specimen plant, if left undisturbed
